1. RFQ and drawing review. We analyze drawings, specifications, volumes and application to confirm feasibility and define the most appropriate process route.
2. Alloy and process definition. We recommend the copper or aluminum alloy, molding process and machining strategy best suited to your requirements.
3. Tooling and sample production. Our pattern shop manufactures tooling and uses prototyping to supply first article samples for your evaluation.
4. Qualification documentation. Dimensional reports, material certificates and test results from our in-house laboratory support your PPAP or internal approval needs.
5. Serial production and logistics. We ramp up to serial production according to your forecasts and logistics model, supporting long-term supply.
